We use the information you submit through our contact form solely to respond to your enquiry. Form submissions are delivered to us via Formsubmit.co, a third-party form forwarding service.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), our legal basis for processing your personal data is legitimate interest — specifically, responding to enquiries from prospective clients. Where you contact us, we treat your submission as a clear indication that you wish to hear from us regarding your enquiry.

For analytics cookies, our legal basis is your consent, which you give or refuse through the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your form data passes through Formsubmit.co for delivery. If you accept analytics cookies, usage data is processed by Google, which acts as our data processor and may process it outside the UK, including in the United States, under Google's data transfer safeguards. We do not otherwise transfer your data outside the UK unless necessary to respond to your enquiry.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any subsequent relationship. If no ongoing relationship is established, we delete your data within 12 months.

Google Analytics data linked to cookies is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically.
